This beautifully hand-painted ornament features The Rainbow Fleet sailing around Brant Point Lighthouse and "Nantucket" is written across the back. This is an annual sailing race if colorful sails every August. A lovely memory of Summers on our favorite island.
Also pictured, but not included, is the Nantucket Christmas Dory. An annual tradition of the Killen family launching their wooden boat into the Easy Street Boat Basin with s decorated and lit Christmas tree. Always a sight to behold.
