Shipping & Returns

Our return policy is as follows:

At ACK 4170®, we are shore to please! We will gladly accept an item returned within two weeks of ordering.


You will receive an item return/exchange or a full refund, depending upon the return situation, as long as the return conditions are met:

Returns CANNOT be made on the following items:

• Special Orders (i.e.: Canvas Art Prints)

• Seasonal Items (i.e.: Holiday, Daffodil Weekend, Stroll)

• Customized Items

• Sale, Clearance or Discontinued Items

• Dated Items: i.e.: Daffy Totes, Stroll Totes, Dated Ornaments and Calendars


We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange if the conditions below are not met:

Apparel: Worn/used/washed/altered/damaged is not returnable


• Items must be returned in the original packaging

• Items must have original tags and returned in new, resell-able condition

• Items cannot be returned if it's from a smoking home, making the item unsellable

• Returned after the two week time period


Damaged Items:

If any item should be received damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving by emailing us at crew@ACK4170.com. 

Please be prepared to provide us with the order number, order date and item number when contacting us. e may also ask for a photo of the damaged/defective merchandise, if necessary.


Instructions For Returns:

Email crew@ACK4170.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include: Order number, date of purchase, item number, your complete name and address. We will instruct you on how to proceed with your return.



Please note: Customer is responsible for the shipping charges, which includes the shipping back to us and the shipping of the reorder. Please allow up to seven days to process the order once item is received. Please be sure to insure for correct value of item being returned.

Shipping: Please note that we can ship globally. Due to restrictions on some products, some items cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping charges and estimated delivery date depending upon availability of item and shipping options you choose. Depending upon the shipping provider you select, will be reflected on the shipping quotes page. The customer is responsible for return shipping and re-shipping of replacement item unless otherwise discussed.

Please note that the shipping charges for items on our site are weight-based. Weights can be found on the detail section of the items on their appropriate page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
