The lid of the basket features a faux ivory/resin composite scrimshaw of the map of Nantucket. The basket has great textured detail showing the weave, scallop shell closure and hinge on the reverse. Our favorite detail of the basket is the loose mini penny inside! This item features one gold plated basket necklace.
Chain measures 18”. Pendant measures 1-3/8“ in length from top of bale to bottom of basket x 1” wide. Basket is cast in pewter and gold plated. Gift boxed for easy giving! Proudly made in New England.
