Photos do not do this painting justice. Absolutely dreamy—as is Sconset itself. Charm overload when you walk down the sweet streets of Sconset. The weathered, grey cedar shake, the scent of roses on a Summer day, the many hues of hydrangeas, and the salty sea air explains this area of the island many flock to for respite from the hustle and bustle of town. And, the American flag makes our heart sing.
An incredibly talented new artist to ACK 4170, Madison Standley. The flow of her brush, the textured paint and beautiful technique makes this piece quite special. By far, one of our favorite artists to date.
